Yes. Simply for a lifetime.
What does the warranty cover and how long?
50 years on labor and materials lifetime on workmanship warranty and always keep in mind that the warranty is transferable.
What can I expect should a problem occur after the project is complete?
You will be able to contact your Dynasty Representative directly and expect immediate action to diagnose the issue. Then a plan of action will be created to make sure you get the issue resolved!
Do we have a reference list?
YES! On top of the 1,000s of happy customers we have serviced in the past, we can offer you and are happy to, a reference list.
How long will a project take to complete?
Each job has its particulars. Our mission at DYNASTY Home Exteriors is not to rush your project, but to staff it appropriately to get your project completed in a timely matter without compromising, quality or control.
What are the payment options?
DYNASTY Home Exteriors accepts all forms of payment and has financing options available to fit your needs! Just ask your salesman.
Does the roof have appropriate ventilation?
DYNASTY Home Exteriors is top of the house certified and well-versed in the construction of homes and there different ventilation needs. You can expect your DYNASTY representative to do a full inspection on your project.
Is the company licensed and insured?
ABSOLUTELY! Both with work comp liability insurance and bonding!
Will the salesman be on-site during the project?
Yes! At Dynasty Home Exteriors we believe it is important to have one point of contact for our customers and have them on site during your project to make sure everything goes as planned. Your project will not get passed through the ranks and information get lost or forgotten.
